Energy Efficient Lighting and Air Movement Solutions for Soccer City

Mockbee’s successful business relationship with the managing partners of Soccer City began in 2010 when Mockbee was trusted with the first lighting upgrade at their flagship facility.  The initial project scope called for replacing their outdated 400w metal halide fixtures with T8 fluorescent high bays with patented reflector technology.  Mockbee’s solution delivered 52% energy savings while drastically improving light levels.  After Soccer City expanded their footprint by acquiring the River’s Edge indoor sports facility, they again trusted Mockbee with its lighting upgrade in 2015.  This time Mockbee replaced legacy 1000w metal halide technology with 320W LED high bays delivering an incredible 70% reduction in baseline wattage.

In 2019, Mockbee once again answered the call and upgraded Soccer City’s flagship location to LED technology from T8 high bays and delivering an impressive 44% reduction in baseline wattage.  Beginning in 2016 and continuing to the most recent installation in 2023, the managing partners of Soccer City and River’s Edge partnered with Mockbee to solve some complex air movement solutions and improve the overall customer experience at their 3 facilities.  The current tally is 8 high volume, low speed fans supplied and installed by C.M. Mockbee Co.
